Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that during pendency of the present petition, the parties to the lis have resolved their all disputes and effected a compromise. In pursuance of the said compromise, a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act and a petition under Section 482, Cr.P.C., for quashing of the criminal litigation have been filed and as such, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
