1. The petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail having been summoned with the aid of Section 319 Cr.P.C. so as to face trial along with their coaccused in respect of FIR No.23 dated 23.3.2016, Police Station Khemkaran, District Tarn Taran, under Section 307, 326, 325, 324, 323, 148, 149 IPC, Police Station Khemkaran, District Tarn Taran.

2. Pursuant to interim directions issued by this Court, the petitioner are stated to have surrendered before the trial Court and have been released on interim bail.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioners have been summoned with the aid of Section 319 Cr.P.C., their custody at this stage is not required. The petition, as such, is accepted and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 6.11.2019 are hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners shall continue to appear before the GAURAV SOROT 2020.02.24 18:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
