The transfer application is filed for transferring the matrimonial proceedings initiated by the husband. The petitioner, who is the wife, pleads that it will be convenient for transfer in a Court of jurisdiction where she is herself residing. There is no serious objection to the petitioner's claim.

The application for transfer is allowed as prayed for. The proceedings pending before the Court at Bhiwani are ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court at Chandigarh. For appearance of the parties before the Family Court at Chandigarh on 01.07.2015.
