This appeal has been filed by the appellant/defendant challenging judgment and decree dated 11.12.2017 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Sangrur whereby appeal filed by respondents No.1 and 2/plaintiffs, against the judgment and decree dated 17.11.2015 passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge(Senior Division), Moonak was allowed. The learned trial court had dismissed the suit filed by respondents No.1 and 2/plaintiffs seeking specific performance of agreement dated 23.11.2010.
