At the outset itself, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant regular bail petition has become infructuous, inasmuch as, the petitioner has already been acquitted by the learned trial Court concerned.

The reply dated 21.11.2024, as becomes furnished on affidavit of Satish Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Headquarters, Panipat, also lends substantiation to the above made submission of the petitioner's counsel.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed, as having been rendered infructuous.
