(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of impugned order dated 09.09.2019 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ferozepur in a case No. CRR 112 of 2019; and order dated 27.03.2019 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ferozepur in a COMI No. 98/2018, whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be summoned under Section 406, 498-A IPC.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as the matter stands compromised between the parties. Perusal of the order sheets shows that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing i.e. 18.04.2022. Today also, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
