Mr. Pranjal P. Chaudhary, Advocate for the petitioner. *** NIDHI GUPTA, J (Oral) By way of present transfer petition, the petitioner is seeking a clubbing together of the following three cases:- a. Arbitration Case No.10/2020 (Annexure P2) b. Objection Case No.5/2020 (Annexure P3) c. Execution Case No.359/2020 (Annexure P5) Mr. Raman Sharma, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of respondent-Territory Manager (Retail), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., Jalandhar, and files his power of attorney, which is taken on record. As all the abovesaid three cases arise out of one Arbitral Award dated 18.02.2020, it is submitted by learned counsel for the respondent that he has no objection if all the three cases are clubbed together as prayed for.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and all the three matters arising out of common Award are clubbed together for cohesive adjudication, and transferred to the Court of Mr. Darbari Lal, Ld. Additional District Judge, Amritsar, where the first case was filed. Disposed of as above.
