(Oral) It is stated by counsel on both sides that an OTS was sanctioned to the petitioner on 30.3.2022 for `91 lakhs; that the petitioner had paid the entire amount under the said OTS, and a no due certificate was also issued to the petitioner by the respondent-Bank on 6.9.2022. Having regard to the said submissions, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication, therefore the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

No costs.
