Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent-Department to give benefits of steppingup of pay to the petitioner at par with his junior employee-respondent no.3. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case the second respondent is directed to decide the pending representation, dated 16.05.2024, Annexure P-7, in a specified period.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State, and submits that the pending representation shall be decided by the second respondent expeditiously. 5.

In view thereof, without going into merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent-Director Elementary Education, Haryana, to consider and decide the pending, representation, dated 16.05.2024, by passing a speaking order in accordance AVIN KUMAR 2024.09.30 16:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
