Present appeal pertains to the year 2018. Since 2018 the case has repeatedly been adjourned on request of learned counsel for the appellant. As far back as on 12.03.2019 it was made clear that no further adjournment will be granted. However, despite that the matter was repeatedly adjourned on request of learned counsel for the appellant. Similar order was passed on 27.08.2019, yet the counsel continued to request for an adjournment. On 17.04.2023 the following order was passed : " The present appeal pertains to the year 2018. Repeatedly, the case has been got adjourned by the counsel for the appellant on one ground or the other and on five dates none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. Today, again, a request for an adjournment has been circulated by the counsel for the appellant on the ground that he is in personal difficulty.

The matter has been listed today after due information to the counsel. Today again Dr. Anand Kumar Bishnoi, Advocate has made a request for an adjournment on the ground that the party wants to engage a senior counsel. There is no ground to further adjourn the matter. 3.

In view of the order passed earlier, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
