Status report by way of an affidavit of Mr. Nirmal Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Pehowa, Kurukshetra has been filed by learned State counsel. The same is taken on record. In para 3 thereof, SI Jasbir Singh recorded statement of father of petitioner No.1, who stated that he will not object to marriage of his daughter i.e. petitioner No.1 with petitioner No.2. His statement as also that of his wife recorded by IO has been placed on the case file.
