Present appeal has been filed against the impugned judgment dated 04.05.2023 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Fatehabad, whereby bail application filed by the appellant has been dismissed and for grant of bail pending trial in FIR No.197 dated 21.04.2020, under Sections 307, 323 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (offences under Sections 302 & 212 IPC and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, were added and Section 307 IPC was deleted later on), registered at Police Station City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present appeal, at this stage.
