Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No. 36 dated 16.03.2024, registered under Sections 307, 452, 323, 341, 427, 506, 148, 149 IPC, at Police Station Division No. 5, District Ludhiana.

By virtue of order dated 27.09.2024, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute.
