At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition be dismissed, as not pressed as admittedly, the victim in the present case is 7 years of age; whereas the petitioner is 64 years of age. Moreover, the allegations made against the petitioner are very serious in nature. Dismissed, as not pressed.
