Custody certificate dated 02.10.2024 filed in Court today is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner has undergone the custody period of 10 months and 26 days as an undertrial.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition be dismissed, as not pressed as admittedly, the victim in the present case is 7 years of age; whereas the petitioner is 64 years of age. Moreover, the allegations made against the petitioner are very serious in nature. Dismissed, as not pressed.
