The transfer petition is sought at the instance of the wife for transfer of matrimonial proceeding which is pending at the Court at Chandigarh to the District Court at Karnal. Notice has been served on the respondent but he is not before this Court. I take that he has no objection for transfer if made.

The transfer application is allowed. The case pending in the Court at Chandigarh is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the District Court at Karnal.
