(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 18.07.2013 (Annexure P-2) passed by the learned Assistant Collector 1st Grade, Ferozepur, order dated 19.05.2015 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate-cumCollector, Ferozepur and order dated 23.05.2025 (Annexure P-6) passed by the learned Financial Commissioner (Appeals), Punjab. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid 4.
