(Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to release Over Time Allowance admissible to the petitioners after the decision dated 01.04.2013 (Annexure P-2) of this Court rendered in CWP No.22516 of 2012. On asking of Court, Mr.Hitesh Pandit, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State.
Mr. Ramesh Goyal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that petitioners, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondents No.3 & 4 to consider and decide Justice Demand Notice dated 20.08.2019 (Annexure P-5) in terms of order dated 01.02.2019 (Annexure P-4) within some specified time. CWP No.31008 of 2019 {2} In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.3 & 4 to decide Justice Demand Notice dated 20.08.2019 (Annexure P-5) in terms of order dated 01.02.2019 (Annexure P-4) by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
In case, Justice Demand Notice is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officers to the petitioners.
