(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the petitioner minimum of the pay-scale extending to corresponding regular teachers of the Department alongwith handicap allowance, medical facilities, at least twenty casual leave, HRA, PF and other benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case he is permitted to make a fresh representation before the respondents raising the grievance as has been raised in this petition, and the same may be ordered to be decided within a specified period. 3.
Notice of motion.

Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and submits that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same will be decided by respondent no.2 expeditiously. 5.
In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation PAYAL 2025.04.30 15:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by respondent no.2-Director General, Elementary Education, by passing a speaking order thereupon in accordance with law, within a period of three months of receiving the representation.

In case the order is not passed within the stipulated period, the officer concerned shall pay costs of ₹50,000 to the petitioner.
