The matter stands amicably settled before the Medication & Conciliation Centre of this Court. The compromise has been reduced into writing, which has been duly signed by the parties and the mediator.
As per the contents of the compromise and as submitted by learned counsel for the respondent the parties have decided to reside together and have undertaken to withdraw the litigation instituted by them against each other.
In view of the settlement, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such. However, it is made clear that in case the respondent-husband fails to withdraw the DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2015.09.09 10:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
