RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 read with Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. praying for quashing/Setting aside the impugned orders dated 16.08.2022/06.09.2022, vide which concession of anticipatory bail was granted to respondent Nos.2 and 3 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambala, in case FIR No.225, dated 25.03.2022 (Annexure P-1), under Section 365 IPC, registered at Police Station Ambala Cantt. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the same Court which had granted the relief.

Allowed as prayed for.
