--- The ground on which review is sought, is on the basis of material which was neither pleaded nor placed before this Court even though the Court had spent considerable time at the time of hearing. The scope of review being limited and the material being absent from the pleadings and record of the case, this Court would not at this stage, venture to review its own order particularly when the parties to the dispute contested the matter on admitted facts pertaining to the cadre strength.

Moreover, there is a delay of 70 days in filing the review application. No grounds.

Dismissed.
