Respondent has not appeared today nor has caused appearance through counsel. Respondent is proceeded ex parte.

Ms. Shikha Jaidka, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the divorce petition was filed, the applicant was in the family way and today she has a two month old baby and it is very difficult for her to travel from Ludhiana to Patiala to defend the divorce petition. In the considered view of this Court, this is sufficient reason to transfer the case from Patiala to Ludhiana and it is so ordered. The application stands disposed of with the above directions.
