The transfer of the matrimonial proceedings is sought by the wife on the ground that she is residing within the jurisdiction of Gurgaon and the case is pending at Mahendergarh and it will cause immense hardship in travelling. The respondent has been served but he has not contested the application. It would only mean that the grounds made for transfer are justified and the petitioner is entitled to leave as sought for. The case pending at Mahendergarh is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the District Court at Gurgaon for disposal in accordance with law.
