Mr. Peeush Gagneja, Advocate for respondents No.1 and 2.

***** Power of Attorney has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 and the same is taken on record.

As per office report, respondents No.4, 5 and 8 have died and notice issued to respondent No.7 has been received back with the report that he is not residing at the given address in Patiala and respondents DAVINDER KUMAR 2026.04.22 17:27 I attest the accuracy and authenticity of this order / judgment

CR-5967-2023 No.6 has refused to accept the summon. Service of respondent No.6 is deemed to be effected as per law.

Appellant is directed to take necessary steps to implead LRs of respondents No.4, 5 and 8 and provide correct address of respondent No.7 within 15 days and thereafter, fresh notice be issued to respondent No.7 for 21.05.2025.

**** Order dated 27.11.2024 has not been complied with by the petitioners, as reported by the registry.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks last opportunity to comply with the order dated 27.11.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in view of the above, the present petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioners to revive the present petition after complying with the earlier orders passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
