(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant revision-petition, while submitting that the parties have already settled their dispute amicably. Mr. Ranvir S. Chauhan, Advocate, has appeared on behalf of respondent No.1-Bank and has submitted his Memorandum of Appearance in the Court today which has been placed on the file. He also acknowledges the factum of the parties having arrived at an amicable settlement qua their dispute and submits that he has no objection in the withdrawal of the present revision-petition.

Resultantly, the revision-petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn.
