Learned counsel for applicant-petitioner submits that this writ petition is rendered infructuous as application under Section 14 of SARFAESI Act filed by applicant-petitioner stand decided by learned District Magistrate, Ludhiana and she has instructions to withdraw this writ petition.

At request and with consent of learned counsel for the parties, hearing of this writ petition is preponed from 28.05.2024 for today itself. 4.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as above, CM5628-CWP of 2024 is allowed and CWP No. 22609 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
