The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 17 dated 14.09.2023, registered under Sections 7 and 13(1)(b) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 at Police Station, Anti-Corruption Bureau, District Panchkula, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioner. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the sanction for prosecution of the petitioner has been declined and, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above submission, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
