RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.240, dated 23.11.2019, under Sections 376/506 IPC, registered at Police Station Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court of competent jurisdiction. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner surrenders before the Court of competent jurisdiction within three days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and files an appropriate application for redressal of his grievances, the Court concerned is requested to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
