Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 528 of the B.N.S.S., 2023, the petitioner seeks issuance of directions upon the respondents No.1 to 3, to ensure that no interference is caused by respondent No.4, in the free plying of his vehicle bearing Registration No.PB-02-DW-6097.

Mr. Raghav Garg, A.A.G, Punjab, waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3.

Mr. Karan Gaba, Advocate, who records his appearance on behalf of the respondent No.4, under a memorandum of appearance instituted before this Court today, waives service of notice on behalf of the respondent concerned. Moreover, as prayed for, he is permitted to file a validly executed Vakalatnama in his favour by the respondent DEVINDER YADAV 2024.10.01 17:22 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4 submits that, the respondent No.4 has no intention to create any hindrance in the free plying of the petitioner's vehicle. He further submits that, possession of the vehicle in question will be taken only after following the due course of law.

In view of the submissions made hereinabove by the learned counsel representing the respondent No.4, no direction is required to the passed at this stage. Therefore, the instant petition is closed. 7.

Disposed of accordingly.
