This review application has been filed on the ground that the issue raised in CWP No.5837 of 2014 or in CWP No.24501 of 2013 was different than the controversy involved in CWP No.17663 of 2013 (Pardeep Kumar and others vs Comptroller and Auditor General of India and others).
Since no such distinction could be pointed out when all the cases were clubbed, heard and were remanded to the Tribunal for fresh adjudication on May 23, 2016, we grant liberty to the review applicants to raise the plea of such distinction before the Tribunal.
Disposed of.
