The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.25 dated 08.03.2021, registered under Sections 302 and 309 IPC at Police Station Sarangpur, District Chandigarh.

Learned Public Prosecutor for UT Chandigarh has produced a copy of the order dated 21.07.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandigarh, as per which the entire prosecution evidence is over and the case is now listed today for defence evidence, if any or arguments. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage.
