**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.171 dated 17.08.2024 under Section 223 BNS, 2023 and Section 22 of NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station City 1, Abohar, District Fazilka, Punjab (Annexure P-1). In the light of the fact that the investigation is not yet complete and the FIR is only of 17.08.2024 with alleged recovery from the petitioner qua the contraband i.e. 100 tablets of tramadol, learned counsel for the petitioner would seek withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage. Prayer is accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
