Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the conversation for resolving all the disputes are at final stage and in consonance thereof, the parties have to withdraw the respective cases filed by them, therefore, he submits that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the above prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
