RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.39 dated 30.07.2022, under Sections 498A, 406 IPC, registered at Police Station Women, District Bathinda.

Counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the petitioner has been arrested in this case yesterday and hence the present petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such.
