JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) On 11.10.2023, the following order was passed :- "The Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.PC is for the quashing of the order dated 31.08.2023 (Annexure P-2) whereby the bail of the petitioners stands cancelled and their bail bonds have been ordered to be forfeited to the State and Non bailable warrants of their arrest have been issued by the Trial Court in appearing bearing no.CRA-38-2023 titled as M/s Arsh Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Gopal Krishan Verma etc. The Counsel for the petitioner contends that on account of ill health of the petitioners they were unable to appear on 31.03.2023 because of which the impugned order dated 31.08.2023 has been passed. He states that the matter stands compromised between the parties and the petitioners are ready and willing to join the proceedings once again.

  CRM-M-51558-2023 -2In the meanwhile, the operation of the impugned order dated 31.08.2023 shall remain stayed and the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today and subject to a deposit of Rs.50,000/- as costs with the Association for Children with Type-1 Diabetes SCO No.24, Sector 23-C Chandigarh SBI IFSCSBIN0003263, they shall be admitted to interim bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The petitioners are further directed to place on record the photocopy of receipt of payment as well as the order passed by the court below granting interim bail to the petitioners"

Despite the case having been called twice, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
