RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed praying for setting aside the order, dated 03.08.2024, Annexure P-4, passed by the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jagraon, vide which the application, dated 02.03.2023, Annexure P-2, filed by the petitioner under Section 311 Cr.P.C. has been illegally dismissed in FIR No.195, dated 01.11.2017, under Sections 420, 406 read with Section 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Raikot, Ludhiana.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to raise their plea/or file an application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. at an appropriate MEENU 2024.10.01 13:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document stage.
