The present petition has been filed seeking protection of life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent No. 4. 2.

It's a classic case where the son of the petitioner visited London on a school trip under the guardianship of the Principal and subsequently eloped from there. The Principal after coming back, is making all earnest efforts to find the child but the parents, for the reasons best known to them, have not taken any action to find their son which created serious doubt in the mind of the Court as recorded in the order dated 11.10.2023.

However, after arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for the withdrawal of present PARUL 2024.01.30 18:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document petition.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. 5.
