AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Short point involved in the present case is whether the order dated 21.07.2008 of the Chairman, Life Insurance Corporation of India, imposing the penalty of reduction in the basic pay of Rs.325/- per month, challenged on 19.12.2011, was within limitation or not. The answer is 'No'. Mr. Arun Abrol, learned counsel for the appellant submits that though the order of the Appellate Authority is of 2009 but there was no challenge to the same.

In view of above, the suit ex facie was barred by law of limitation. Resultantly, the regular second appeal is dismissed.
