RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant revision petition has been filed against the order dated 12.08.2024, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jhajjar, vide which application of the complainant under Section 319 Cr.P.C. for summoning additional accused was allowed and the petitioner has been summoned to face trial.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise all his pleas before the trial Court at the relevant time. Allowed as prayed for.
