Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondents submits that case of the petitioner is squarely covered by judgment dated 04.10.2023 passed in CWP No. 22211 of 2023 titled as "M/s Hari Har Mega Goods vs. State of Punjab and others". They submit that present petition may be disposed of in the light of aforesaid judgment. 3.

In the wake of statement of both sides, the petition stands disposed of in terms of order dated 04.10.2023 passed in CWP No. 22211 of 2023.
