CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) The review application has been filed accompanying the applications for condonation of delay of 154 days in refiling and 27 days in filing.

The contents of the review application are basically mere repetition of arguments which have already been addressed in the order dated 04.04.2016 which is sought to be reviewed. The same is not permissible in view of the ratio decidendi culled out by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Tamilnadu Terminated Full Time Temporary Lic Employees Association Vs. S.K. Roy, The Chairman, Life Insurance Corporation of India and another 2016 (9) SCC 366.

The scope of the review is not rehearing of the matter. No ground for interference is made out, much less, pointed out any error apparent on the face of the record.

The review application is dismissed both on the ground of limitation as well as on merit.
