Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?
2.
To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
The petition for transfer is sought by the wife from the Court at Hoshiarpur to the Court at Ludhiana within whose jurisdiction the petitioner claims that she is residing. The respondent-husband has been served but he has not put appearance to contest the wife's prayer for transfer. I take it, therefore, that there is no objection for transferring the proceedings as prayed for by the wife. 2.
The transfer application is allowed. The matrimonial proceedings pending before the District Court at Hoshiarpur is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court at Ludhiana. For appearance of the parties before the Family Court at Ludhiana on 29.05.2015.
