Learned State counsel, at the outset, on instructions from Surinder Saini, DFSC, Kurukshetra, submits that the petitioner has furnished undertaking along with post-dated cheques with respect to fortified rice relating to KMS 2022-23, thus, the State has decided to allocate paddy and partial paddy has already been released. In such circumstances, the petition has rendered infructuous. 2.
