As common issues are involved in the captioned petitions, with the consent of both sides, the same are hereby disposed of by this common order. For the sake of brevity and convenience, facts are borrowed from CWP-25021-2024.

The petitioners through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of order dated 19.09.2024 (Annexure P-8) whereby their services were terminated with
CWP-25021-2024 (O&M) and connected case -2immediate effect.

The petitioner No. 1 joined office of respondent in 1993 and petitioner No. 2 in 1994 as Class IV employees. They are claiming that since then they are regularly working with respondent. At one stage, they were recommended for regularisation. This Court vide judgment dated 22.01.2025 passed in a bunch of petitions including CWP No. 10071 of 2022, titled as "Sanjeev Kumar vs. State of Haryana and Others" has directed the respondent to consider claim of similarly situated employees in terms of Policy of 2003/2011. The case of petitioners is squarely covered by said judgment.

Faced with this, learned State counsel submits that competent authority would consider claim of petitioners in terms of aforesaid judgment and pass an appropriate order within six months from today. 5.
Lounsel for the petitioners agrees to the aforesaid arrangement.

In the wake of statement of both sides, the petition stands disposed of.
