NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the petitioners additional quantum of pension from the day when they entered into 65th year of age in view of the Finance Circular No.18/2009 dated 17.08.2009 (Annexure P-1). Further prayer has been made that any interpretation of the circular dated 17.08.2009 (Annexure P-1), declining the claim of the petitioner be quashed.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one, on the same cause of action, with better particulars by giving complete service particulars of the petitioners and by impleading MOHD YAKUB 2024.09.27 18:08 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh
