(Oral) The present petition under Section 482 CrPC has been preferred by the petitioner seeking direction to the official respondents for conducting fair and impartial investigation in the matter of FIR No.223 dated 16.08.2023 under Sections 148, 149, 302 IPC registered at Police Station Uchana Jind, District Jind (Annexure P-1).

It is, inter alia, contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had got registered the FIR (Annexure P-1) and to ensure fair and impartial investigation in the matter, he had moved the representation to the official respondents and last being Annexure P-4 dated 31.08.2023 to respondent No.3, but till date no action thereon has been taken. He submits that for the purpose of this petition, the petitioner will be satisfied if directions are given to respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the representation Annexure P-4 in accordance with law in an expeditious manner. 3.
