(Oral) CM-5944-C-2022 This is an application for withdrawal of the main appeal (RSA4750-2017) in view of the compromise dated 06.01.2020 entered into between the parties. Copy of the compromise dated 06.01.2020 has been appended with the application as Annexure A-1. The original compromise has been handed over in Court, which is marked as 'Ex.C1'. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. RSA No.4750 of 2017 (O&M) Learned counsel for the parties as well as the parties, whose statements have been recorded separately today, are ad idem that the parties to the lis have entered into a compromise dated 06.01.2020. The compromise has been entered into voluntarily and without any coercion.

The parties also agree that they shall bound by their statements recorded today in this Court as well as by the terms of the compromise. In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the compromise 'Ex.C1'.
