RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.133, dated 24.08.2022, under Sections 363, 366 and 376 IPC and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Amended) Act, 2019, registered at Police Station Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the the Court of competent jurisdiction. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It is directed that if the petitioner surrenders before the Court of competent jurisdiction within seven days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and files an appropriate application, then the learned concerned Court is requested to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
