(ORAL) The present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for quashing of impugned order dated 27.08.2013 (Annexure P-3) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jalandhar, whereby the petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender in case FIR No. 18 dated 01.02.2013 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC at Police Station Maqsudan, District Jalandhar.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
