' ) + 01 2Learned counsel inter alia contends that the petitioner has been implicated based on statement of one Jagdish who was working as Senior Assistant but not an accused in the present case with whom petitioner was working as a private helper. There is no call detail between him and Pardeep Singh Dhillon, RTO and with one Rajuvir are on 25.11.2023 for 48 seconds and 12.06.2024 for 57 seconds, besides an SMS. He has been falsely implicated in the case. He is not involved in any other case. He is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate.
Adjourned to 04.12.2025.
Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation on or before 20.11.2025.
